Nice.........


I came across this picture today which caused me to put down the crackers I had been nibbling on. This is a pic of Mel B (formerly of Spice Girl fame and more recently Eddie Murphy's Baby Mama). I am not a fan of MelB in particular, but I've gotta give credit where it is due--the girl has a killer set of abs. It's pretty clear that she has worked hard to get/keep her body in shape, and I for one have to give her some props! I know what it takes to look tight and toned and as most of you will agree-it ain't no cakewalk! :)

Had a great shoulder workout today! If you are feeling frisky, give it a try........

I started with 30 min of cardio

5 minute walk, 4.0, 0% incline.
I jogged the next 10 minutes @ 6.5+, 4% incline. At minute 10, I stopped & did 10 burpees, then got back on to finish jog.
At minute 15, I walked 10 minutes @ 4.0-5.0, 8% incline. I stopped @ minute 20 & did 10 burpees then got back on to finish walk.
At minute 25, I walked 5 minutes @ 4.0-4.5 speed, 12% incline.

Shoulder Workout-(Each group in sets of four)
30 Running DB Press
30 Running Knee Crunches
6 Pop Push-ups

20 Alternating Arnold Presses
10 Reverse Up & Backs
20 Crunches

10 Walkouts
10 Single DB Laterals
10 Full Range Sit-ups

10 Single DB Candle Sticks
20 Up & Overs
10 Full Circle Raises

Needless to say, I had to DRAG myself out of the gym!!
